Assessment 2 :
Junior Primary - 7 to 9 years
This phase marks the entrance to formal schooling and indicates a period of rapid adaptation and integration. This is an exciting phase in child development but can be daunting for children with difficulties.
We start tracking components prior to conception, pregnancy, birth process, general health and development, food and nutrition, primitive reflexes, sensory motor integration and even screen for biochemical components. Additionally we look at aspects for learning readiness and if you opt for option 3 (the real time assessment) we conduct a neuro-developmental assessment as well as 11 neuro-cognitive components.
We have three options for you:
Option 1
Be[In]Formed™ Parent Tool
You complete an online Be[in]Formed™ Parent tool and provide accurate information. This tool will cover almost 20 different subsets of questions, depending on the interactive mode.
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages)
All information received will be mapped in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals.
Educational sections pertaining to the areas of concern.
Preliminary actions steps to take to be able to assist your child.
Option 2
Be[in]Formed™ Parent Tool
Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool
You complete an online Be[in]Formed™ Parent tool and provide accurate information. This tool will cover almost 20 different subsets of questions, depending on the interactive mode.
Your child's teacher completes the Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool.
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages).
All information received form both you and the teacher will be reflected in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals.
Parent informational section pertaining to the areas of concern.

Option 3
Be[in]Formed™ Parent Tool
Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool
Real time assessment (in person or online if needed)
You complete the Be[in]Formed™ Parent Tool (with 20 different subsets).
Your child's teacher completes the Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool.
We arrange a personal assessment with one of our global partners (online or on location if possible)
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages).
All information received from both you and the teacher will be reflected in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals. Assessment results will complete the picture for you to optimally understand your child.
