Assessment 5 :
Adolescent - 17 and older
The final stage in formal schooling which should prepare them for life outside of school. Critical thinking and executive functioning is of utmost importance during this phase. For optimal career (vocational and professional) choices, we need to consider aptitude, neuro-cognition, interest and personality. We evaluate 26 neuro-cognitive aspects.
We include aspects of the initial developmental process to determine if there are any aspect we need to revisit. Biochemical aspects, food and nutrition is included. When you opt for option 3, we conduct the neuro-developmental as well as neuro-cognitive assessment.
We have three options for you:
Option 1
Be[In]Formed™ Parent Tool
You complete an online Be[in]Formed™ Parent tool and provide accurate information. This tool will cover almost 20 different subsets of questions, depending on the interactive mode.
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages)
All information received will be mapped in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals.
Educational sections pertaining to the areas of concern.
Preliminary actions steps to take to be able to assist your child.
Option 2
Be[in]Formed™ Parent Tool
Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool
You complete an online Be[in]Formed™ Parent tool and provide accurate information. This tool will cover almost 20 different subsets of questions, depending on the interactive mode.
Your child's teacher completes the Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool.
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages).
All information received form both you and the teacher will be reflected in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals.

Real time assessment (in person or online if needed)
You complete the Be[in]Formed™ Parent Tool (with 20 different subsets).
Your child's teacher completes the Be[in]Formed™ Teachers Tool.
We arrange a personal assessment with one of our global partners (online or on location if possible)
You receive
Comprehensive Be[in]Formed™ Parents Report (80+ pages).
All information received from both you and the teacher will be reflected in the report for future distribution to teachers and other health care professionals. Assessment results will complete the picture for you to optimally understand your child.
